THE BRIEF
JP Morgan Chase set out to revitalise its Wilmington Corporate Campus following the city’s post-COVID downturn. The project transforms the spaces between a cluster of five buildings into a more connected and active campus.
Strategy
We worked alongside Snøhetta to develop 175,000 sq ft of perforated metal screening and a free-form canopy. Our role included technical detailing, material research, and procurement strategy. Together, these elements helped unify the campus and reshape how people move through it.
RESULT
Wilmington Corporate Campus turns previously underused spaces into a connected network of outdoor destinations across the campus.
