THE BRIEF
The Sanaa Center combines performance, creative, and community spaces within a new arts campus in West Baltimore. With the project still in development, early facade strategy is helping inform key decisions as the design evolves.
Strategy
Our role extends across the entire building enclosure rather than a single facade system. We are supporting Drummond Projects with technical design, detailing, material research, and procurement planning across all wall types.
RESULT
At Sanaa Center, the building enclosure is being planned as a coordinated whole rather than a series of individual systems. This supports a project designed to strengthen Pennsylvania Avenue’s cultural and creative future.
