Strategy

As part of the design team, we became the central point for facade decisions before detailed design began. Working closely with the wider project team, we helped keep the design process aligned and moving forward.

We developed the facade systems using curtain wall, window wall, and terra cotta. Throughout multiple design revisions, we refined the enclosure into a buildable solution.

RESULT

While still under construction, Torre Siendo is set to distinguish itself on the Monterrey skyline through its distinctive facade, setting a new standard for performance-driven design.
